Privacy Policy
Matchwise Ltd respects your privacy. MatchWise is designed to organise matches without requiring an account or routinely sending player information to us.
Information stored by the app
Information you enter—such as player names, player details, pools, settings, rounds and scores—is stored locally on your device so that MatchWise can provide its features.
Diagnostic reports
If you choose Report a Problem, MatchWise prepares an email and a diagnostic attachment to help us investigate. Player names in that attachment are replaced with anonymous references. Nothing is sent until you review the email and choose to send it through your email provider.
Information we receive
If you contact us, we receive the information you voluntarily include in your email and any attachment you choose to send. We use it only to respond, diagnose problems and improve MatchWise.
Analytics, advertising and accounts
MatchWise does not require a user account and does not include third-party advertising or behavioural tracking. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
App information remains on your device until you change or delete it, or remove the app. Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain support records and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your support correspondence.
Children
MatchWise is an organisational tool and is not directed specifically at children. Organisers should only enter player information they are authorised to use.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when MatchWise changes or legal requirements develop. The latest version will appear on this page with its effective date.
